Most competitors who supply a liner with their tubs, are either using Knotty Cedar instead of Clear, or they have not engineered their tubs to be watertight without the need of a liner. We personally feel that adding a liner really takes away the natural feel of a wooden hot tub, and it also takes away the pleasant aroma of the cedar and replaces it with a vinyl smell which most people do not enjoy.
